“On Nov. 12, 2014 the U.S. and the People’s Republic of China began a reciprocal agreement increasing the validity of short-term business and tourist visas issued. Chinese applicants who qualify may now be issued multiple-entry visas for up to 10 years. U.S. citizens eligible for Chinese short-term business and tourist visas will also receive multiple-entry visas valid for up to 10 years. This increase in length of U.S. Visa validity for Chinese citizens will be a significant factor in Oregon’s continued success with the inbound Chinese leisure travel market.”
