Originally built in 1976 on 2.76 acres of land, this property has an excellent location just off Interstate 5 and close to Highway 217 – providing quick access to downtown Portland and the western suburbs including Beaverton and Tigard. Property amenities include meeting space, fitness center and an outdoor seasonal pool. This hotel was sold to convert to housing with funds from Project Turnkey 2.0.
