SOLD: Monarch Hotel & Conference Center

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

We are excited to announce the recent sale of the Monarch Hotel & Conference Center, a 192-room full service hotel originally built in 1985. Just 20 minutes from Downtown Portland, and 15 minutes from Portland International Airport the hotel has an excellent location with great visibility on Interstate 205.  The property includes 19,000 square feet of conference space & a popular local bar and restaurant. This was the first time the property was available on the market and the new ownership plans to renovate and rebrand the hotel.
