We are excited to announce the recent sale of the Eastside Lodge, a 78 unit motel located along iconic Burnside St. in Portland’s bustling Central Eastside Industrial District. The property is less than a mile from the Willamette River and Burnside Bridge leading into Portland’s Central Business District. This sale included the negotiation of the simultaneous purchase of the motel and previously leased land, making this a complex deal that required extra cooperation from all parties.
