Silver Cloud is planning to add to the already long list of hotel development projects in Seattle with a 23-story tower in the Belltown neighborhood.

According to the article in the Puget Sound Business Journal… There were 2,781 hotel rooms under construction in and around the central business district last summer and another nearly 2,750 in predevelopment, the Downtown Seattle Association reported. DSA said that in 2016, downtown-area hotels booked the equivalent of 3.5 million overnight stays, generating more than $736 million.”
