Happy New Year! Our last newsletter, published in December, did not include a section on hotel development so we have decided to release this separate update for the beginning of 2021. The following list of properties and corresponding development map is a snapshot of hotel development projects in the Pacific Northwest as of January 2021. 

A surprising number of hotels opened in 2020 despite challenges resulting from the pandemic. On many of the projects we track there were no updates (probably due to overall uncertainty in the industry). The following is a list of hotels that opened in 2020 and hotels that are projected to open soon…
