NW Hotel Investor Announcements…
Marking 10 years in the hotel brokerage business, 2017 has been a very good year for us! Northwest Hotel Investor was created in 2007 upon selling our first motel, a modest 8-unit property on 82nd Avenue in Portland. With this deal, we made hospitality properties and land for development our principal focus in brokerage and since then we’ve never looked back. We continue to close deals throughout the Pacific Northwest, and this year we began working in Northern California.
Thank you to all our loyal clients. We couldn’t have done it without you! To celebrate, we have launched our new website. We’re pretty pleased with it, and we invite you to check it out! – www.nwhotelinvestor.com.
The new website and increased territory coverage are just part of the exciting changes we have made this year.
Expanding our team, Jim Fiscella joined us this spring and has already made an immense impact in our operations. You may see Jim at events as he immerses himself in the industry. Please say hi when you see us!
Senior Team Member Michelle Reid has been more engaged with deal management, and she continues to keep the business organized so we can do what we do best… serve our clients.
Another big change is that Brian Resendez is now a CCIM designee. This respected designation is something Brian has been working toward for a long time, and he is very proud to wear his pin. For us, this designation lets our clients know that they are hiring a professional who has worked hard to know the industry and has a proven track record of successfully closing deals. Also, being a CCIM opens us up to a network of other skilled professionals which enriches the service we provide to our clients.
Lastly, we’re happy to share that Brian and his wife Alina have become lifetime members of AAHOA. This association has been instrumental in our growth and success as a company and we have also made a lot of friends along the way. It gives us great pleasure to support this organization in return. We are grateful to have such a great community and work that is fun, challenging and rewarding.
Thank you!
