This fall, 301 rooms will open in the Tri-Cities market – Kennewick, Pasco and Richland, Washington – with more on its way. Here are the projects that are nearing completion:

Hampton Inn Hotel, 80 rooms, Kennewick Southbridge
My Place Hotel, Pasco, WA (1st hotel in the area for the My Place chain)
Homewood Suites by Hilton, Richland, WA
