LOCATION

This property is conveniently located in central Medford, OR just north of downtown on Oregon State Highway 99 and a block from Interstate 5. Medford is the largest city in Jackson County, which is centrally located along interstate 5 between Portland and San Francisco, and several hours from the Oregon Coast. The ABVI is well-positioned near the Rogue Community College, The Village Medford Center (the premier entertainment-oriented shopping and dining experience in Medford), Hawthorne Park, the Rogue Valley Mall and only 2.5 miles from the Rogue Valley International Airport.
